Emili0 Pucci: In 1951, he established his own fashion house in his Palazzo Pucci in Florence. He was celebrated for his 'palazzo pajamas' in non-crushable, silk jersey which, worn by Grace Kelly, Lauren Bacall, and Elizabeth Taylor, becamea jet-set uniform. As a colorist of swirling patterns based on medieval Italian banners and an inventive user of fabrics, that captured the psychedelic mood of the 1960s.
